Master

In 1375, Abraham Cresques represents the coast, till then unknown, of Africa. His famous map, "l'Atlas Catalan" opens a new way to the Blacks' Country and 'Bienheureuses' Islands. But the mapmaker who knew the skills of the Greek astronomers and Arabic sailors so well is Jewish, in a time of the furor of the Inquisition.
In Majorca, eaten up with hatred, Abraham is going to find an immense and prohibited love. Will he be able to protect the much loved woman, and preserve his family ?

Drawing with the steadiest hand, and overcoming, through obstinate research, the right of being and loving, was the quest of Abraham. Legends, truth, weight of traditions, of religions, strenght of love, all is combined so that "Le Maître des Boussoles" takes us, map after map, into the Ocean Sea of the human heart.
